This Builder Excellence 2008 Silver Merit Award winning project leveraged existing square footage in the house to enhance the kitchen and create a master suite.

The two car garage in the house was converted into conditioned living space to accommodate additional space requirements. The windows that replaced the former garage doors allow for passive solar gain and additional natural light in the house.

Much tile, granite and natural woodwork throughout make this a rich and inviting space.
